About Vivian

Hi! I'm Vivian. My first job was in an Alzheimer's unit, and I absolutely loved so many aspects of it. I like caring for seniors because they need unique patience and care, but sadly are often dismissed and forgotten about in our society. They have such wisdom and a needed perspective on life. I always strive to preserve their dignity and make them feel as independent as possible. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my experience and gifting to care for others. I started caring for seniors when I was about 19 until 23 years old, when I took time off to raise my little ones. I will always strive to remain calm and empathetic, and get to know your loved one's individual needs and preferences. My skills include physical care such as bathing, dressing etc, mental care such as listening and being an understanding ear, and offering support to the family.
