My motivation to become a caretaker comes from both my personal and professional life. As a mother of three adults, I have spent years nurturing, guiding, and supporting others through different stages of growth. That experience naturally extended into my career. With over 30 years in the early childhood field, I have developed a deep commitment to caring for others, ensuring their safety, and supporting their emotional and developmental needs.
