About Wendy

Hello. I am an attentive, friendly, imaginative care provider with 10+ years of experience providing comprehensive childcare and household management assistance. I communicate regularly w parents and am comfortable with animals and parents remote or absent employment situations. I provide safety, love and a continuum of daily care, healthy meals, fun, creative quiet and active play and learning activities. I help them during moments of separation anxiety, transition, upset, learning how to recognize and manage their emotions and behaviors. I listen to them, maintain nap and school schedules, assist in learning new skills, emotional awareness and intelligence, creativity, responsibility, respect, how to make new friends and navigate conflict. I partner with parents to teach good manners, judgement, boundaries, compassion, empathy, independence, respect for people, nature, animals, and belongings. I keep them safe, transport & accompany to and from appts, school, activities and more.
