About Wendy

For the past 20 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults with disabilities and seniors, fueled by a passion for their well-being and independence. As a Certified Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I offer respite care, transportation, personal care, and more. I'm experienced in assisting with non verbal needs, autism spectrum, Alzheimer's/dementia, wound care, medicine management, and mobility issues. I'm always adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and history. I provide regular updates to families, communicating in their preferred method. I am kind, patient, detail-oriented, friendly, and compassionate. CPR and First Aid certified, I am comfortable with pets and eager to bring my skills and experience to your family. I also love dogs and I'm a pretty great cook!
