About Wendy

I'd describe my personality as loving, kind & caring. I like working with kids because I enjoy participating in their personal development and growth as well as enjoying the imaginative world of play and learning. I'm looking for a job that not only works for the family I am serving but for my family as well. I started working with kids in a professional setting 2 years ago when I left corporate America and became a part time teachers aid at a preschool. I am also a mom of 2 boys ages 8 & 11. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, go to the movies, the park, going on walks. One thing you should know about me is, I along with my Husband are the Youth Pastors at our church. We have been working with the youth for over 4 years. We love seeing the next generation learn and grow in their identity, belonging and purpose. My skills include compassion, communication, redirecting & comforting.
