Before the pandemic I found myself unhappy in the medical field and felt drawn to the classroom. I went back to school for my Early Childhood Education credits and became a teacher. After 3 yrs at preschool, the infant ward was closed during the pandemic and I had the opportunity to work with older children. I've now been a nanny 3 yrs and have grown to prefer being a nanny over the classroom. As a nanny I can provide sensory/ motor activities that are challenging to supply in a classroom. I've had amazing experiences working with families that have specific parenting styles such as Attachment Theory, Montessori, Gender Creative, Baby Led Weaning, Elimination Communication Etc. At this time I do not drive children, but this does not stop me from prioritizing activities for boosting milestones, arranging walks or nearby play dates/park visits. At this time I'm looking for a family to grow with/support along their parenting journey!
