About Winnie

I have extensive experience working with children in both healthcare and caregiving settings. Over the past 10 years as a certified nursing assistant, I have supported children with developmental, behavioral, and medical needs, including autism and other special needs. My approach is patient, nurturing, and safety-focused, while also encouraging independence and engagement through age-appropriate activities. I am experienced in assisting with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and creating structured, calming environments. Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I bring strong clinical skills, empathy, and professionalism to every child and family I support.
