Winnie is an incredible caretaker! From the time she takes on personal development, to the personal communication she maintains throughout the day, she is very thoughtful, thorough and attentive. Even in the videos she sent you can tell she really cares for your child and shows love to them as if they were her own. She asks for schedules and routines and ensures they are followed if they are in place. She is very attuned to the your little one throughout the entirety of the day. She is highly recommended for the care of your babies!
