About Xandra

Hi! My name is Xandra. I'm a nurturing, patient, and experienced caregiver with over six years of experience working with children of various ages and developmental needs. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my master's in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I've supported neurotypical children as well as children with learning differences and those on the autism spectrum. While I value structure and growth, what I love most is the nurturing side of childcare-creating a calm, loving environment where children feel safe, understood, and confident. I recently found out I'm pregnant, and this new season has deepened my empathy and connection to both children and parents. I'm intentionally focusing on nannying to provide attentive, heart-centered care. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish) and passionate about supporting families in a meaningful way. I'd love to be someone your child feels safe and happy with every day.
