I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop. Growing up with two younger sisters, I was actively involved in their upbringing, giving me firsthand experience in caring for children. I find immense joy in nurturing and caring for kids, ensuring they feel loved and supported. As a patient, calm, and friendly caregiver, I believe in open communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and encourage verbal communication during pickup, always respecting the preferred communication method of each parent. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by adapting to the parenting style of each family. I understand that every family is unique, so I prioritize aligning my approach with the parents' wishes to create a consistent and nurturing environment for the children. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and emotional development in children.
