We had such a wonderful experience with Xiania! She was incredibly self-sufficient, quick, smart, and attentive from the moment she arrived. She communicated clearly and proactively, and we never had to worry about giving her step-by-step instructions—she simply understood what needed to be done and handled everything with confidence. Most importantly, she is genuinely passionate about children. She was warm, patient, and engaged with our daughter, while also being extremely professional and polite. It was clear that she truly enjoys working with kids and takes her role seriously. We would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy, capable, professional, and wonderful with children.
