I cannot recommend Xiomara enough. She is reliable, trustworthy, honest, responsible, caring, proactive, attentive, wonderful with small children, and truly loves the children she cares for. She has been with our family for two years, taking care of our son from the time he was a newborn. They have an incredible bond, and we wish we could take her with us as we are relocating. She has decades of experience with all kinds of children and families, a wide network of fellow nannies, knowledge about all the parks, playgrounds, libraries, and other fun activities, and will help you tremendously.
