Xylah has a great personality. She is very kind, respectful, and attentive to the kids. We enjoyed having her help, albeit briefly (1 week). However, I would not recommend her for families who need regular coverage. She tends to make promises she is unable to keep and will not attempt to work through things with you when her schedule changes, she will simply quit without any notice. Her reliability is incredibly questionable. This sitter is probably best to keep on call for date nights.
