I'm a caring, patient, and responsible caregiver who truly enjoys spending time with children and supporting their growth. For the past three years, I've worked as a Behavior Technician, and this experience has taught me so much about how intelligent, unique, and capable children are. I have experience working with children with different needs, and I'm CPR certified. I always respect and follow each family's rules and routines, and I believe communication with parents is very important. I'm happy to communicate in whatever way works best for the family and keep parents informed about their child. I'm also flexible and willing to help with whatever a family may need. My goal is to be someone parents can trust and feel comfortable leaving their children with, knowing they are being cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine attention.
