I'm looking for a full time position. I'm bilingual (Spanish) with started out babysitting for a lot families in the army for 12 years and then I worked in a daycare center for 4 years. I am certified in first aid training, Infants care 0-12 months, CPR, childcare education and teacher assisted. I finished college in February 2017 in my degree is in Massage Therapy. I love taking on any and all home care responsibilities. I enjoy everything for mealtime, to play time and story time and I'm teach second language (Spanish) I responsible, reliable, hard working and I always on time . Flexible schedule, part-time and full-time . I military wife also and I don't have pets and not smoke . I have 2 beautiful daughters 4and 6 years old girls and this is why I'm work in Babysitter. Yana has been watching our 11-month-old daughter as I've returned to work and this has been such a blessing! She treats my daughter like she is her own and even sends me picture and video updates during the day so I can see how everything is going. I left my daughter L for the first time in the care of someone other than myself! I knew immediately that I picked the right caregiver! Yana just has that special touch! She's very patient and just has a profound understanding of children and their needs. My daughter is not the easiest baby to deal with by any means. Yana did great! Even got her to sleep which I promise took a lot of effort! I'm so grateful that I found her! I will 100% use her services again!

Yana was amazing from the time that I dropped my baby off to the moment I picked her up. Yana kept me posted on my little one's activities while I was away. She sent me photos which made my day a lot easier. My daughter was sick and Yana knew exactly what to so to make her more comfortable. Yana was very caring, attentive, kind and responsive I will definitely be using her childcare services again.

Yana has been a life saver to our family!! My son is 4 has been kicked out of two schools for his behavior since we moved here from California a year ago. We were starting to think we would never find good care for him and then we found Yana. Yana has been so amazing and patient with him and he looks forward to going to Yana's house.  She sends updates and pictures all the time. Her home is very clean.   We speak Spanish at home and so does Yana which was a bonus for us. As our son transitions to kindergarten we will be bring our 2 year old daughter to her and we couldn't be more excited. My husband and I both commute into Nashville and it's such a comfort to know that we don't have to rush, if we are a few minutes late she does not mind. But most of all she treats our son like her own. I would ignore the one negative review on her and meet Yana. You will not regret it. I would be more than happy to speak to anyone!!

As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about leaving my 3-month-old daughter to go back to work. My husband and I have a long commute and work long hours so we were grateful to find Yana who accommodated our schedule. We found comfort knowing that Yana, as a mother herself, would give our daughter the attention and love she needed. Yana was also willing to work with our daughter's specific needs. Whether it was putting her to sleep in a quiet, dark room or following a specific feeding/nap schedule, Yana accommodated our requests. If I forgot to bring a pacifier or extra meal, Yana was able to step in to help. We are very grateful for Yana for helping us in our daughter's first year of life.

I have to be honest.. I was a little concerned about the one negative review that was on Yana's profile, but I'm glad I followed my instinct and gave her a chance. I would give her 100 stars if I could! 

Yana has been nothing short of AMAZING in every way, and I am happy to report that I share the same sentiments as all of her positive reviews! I trust her completely with my child and that is such a wonderful feeling when leaving your child in someone else's care. Her house is very clean and she has a very loving, upbeat, and nurturing personality. Her entire family is precious and you can tell she has a lot of experience with little ones. My son loves going to her house and he can even speak a little Spanish now. I love that she is very structured and goes above and beyond to make my child feel like part of her family.

I highly recommend Yana as a caregiver, She is absolutely OUTSTANDING! To give a little background, Yana was our full-time caregiver for two years for a family in which my husband and I are both active duty military and with very demanding jobs. Then, to top it off, I was deployed to Iraq for 6 months. From the moment I first met Yana, I knew she was going to be perfect for our family. She is welcoming, caring, and extremely dependable. Whenever we were running late at work, or a last minute event came up, I would text Yana to let her know, and she always responded with, "Its no problem, I am here for you." When I left for deployment, it was difficult to to as a mother, but I knew my daughter was in the best hands. She cared and loved my daughter as if she was her own. Also, as a new mom, I learned so much from Yana on caring for my daughter. Yana keeps the children on a schedule and the children respect/respond to her very well.

Yana was highly recommended by our friends. We contacted her to ask if she could watch our son while we went on a "day date". We were nervous leaving him for the first time, but she was welcoming and gave us regular (text/pic) updates to ease our minds. When we picked him up, we almost felt bad because he looked so happy and comfortable with her.  Yana agreed to watch our son full time during my deployment so that my husband would be able to take care of things during the day. She was very understanding of our son's gross motor delays and worked with us to help him to overcome them. She even sent me videos and pictures of our happy little guy while I was deployed. Our son loves being outside and she would take the kids to the park or let them play in her screened in patio if the weather was bad. The kids were given real food and snacks that weren't heavily processed. She was always able to accommodate our schedule. We won the Lotto with Yana!!!

I was an active duty soldier and Yana was my babysitter for both my boys. I hired Yana when my youngest was a month old. She was amazing! She and her family became a part of our family.  She was our loyal and trusted babysitter/nanny for over two years.  We had to move due to the military. I offered her a job to 
come with us to Georgia. She is great with children and has two beautiful girls herself. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I are dual military and we are at work 14 hours a day and we often had to go away for training that could take up to a month. Hiring Yana to take care of our daughter was the best choice we made for us, especially being new parents and without family in FT Campbell. She's been taking care of A. for a year and a half and I wish we could move with her to our next duty station. D. and I had peace going to work knowing that our daughter was in the best hands she could be with. She is pretty much A.'s second mother and she will always be our long term family care plan in case we deploy or have to be away from A. It will be hard to find someone like her, she's responsible, alert, very cautious, strict, kind, understanding, FLEXIBLE and just overall a loving person. Great open lines of communication, very transparent, clear and respectful. Yana we thank you for your love and kindness heart. Money could never repay the way you love our daughter. Blessings! 

Yana has taken care of my son since he was 3 months old (began March 2017). When my husband and I first met her for an interview we BOTH felt completely confident and comfortable with her. She is such an amazing caring and loving nanny, extremely flexible (even watched him on our occasional date nights/weekends) and did even more than we imagined. As a soldier and a first time mom, it really means a lot to say this. I love my son with all my heart and the way she cares for him makes me feel super comfortable. She messages me photos and updates me on any important information. You can't go wrong with Yana, if you have a preference, she is willing to accommodate or discuss it (ex: feeding schedule, no TV, etc) If you want a nanny that will care for your child like you care for your child, Yana is the one for you!

Btw, she has an incredibly beautiful clean home and family!

Yana has been my daughter's (17 months) babysitter since my daughter turned 4 months, with the exception of fall 2017, when I had a babysitter who lived closer to my house but who also gave me less than three days notice that she was relocating and could no longer babysit. Yana, with less than three days notice, had availability for me on my schedule. She is reliable, dependable, and has a clean and safe home that I know my daughter is well cared for in. I don't worry about my daughter when she is in Yana's care, and one of the things I like best is that my daughter is treated like a part of the family and that everyone who is in the house and might interact with her I have met and greeted. Additionally, while my home is not bilingual, Yana's is and I love that she speaks Spanish to my daughter to help her develop early fluency with a second language. This is an invaluable bonus to anyone who wants their child to be bilingual.

Yana is the full time caregiver to my daughter and is an outstanding nanny. She truly treats my daughter like she is her own. She is experienced, very knowledgeable, and extremely dependable. My husband and I are both in the Army, so we have to drop our daughter off very early and pick her up late in the evening. Yana is so understanding and accommodating to our hectic lifestyle and must of all, she makes sure our daughter is loved and cared for just as how myself or my husband would do. 
Additionally, Yana always consults us about our daughters daily activities and what we feel comfortable about her doing. 
Overall, Yana has been a great addition to our lives and has made going back to work bearable and keeps my mind at ease. 

She originally agreed on one weekly price then after I hired her and canceled daycare she asked for $100 more per weeks. She also took my kid out on the town in her car without asking me first. It scared me.

You will not be disappointed in her service!!!

There are no flaws.
She makes my son and I feel as if we are family, and my son constantly asks to go back. 
She has an excellent schedule that includes playing outside (weather permits) and reading time using her own children's mini-library. 
She is also bilingual, so my son is able to pick up Spanish. 
Overall, service is worth every penny, and I will cry when I move, as I have never had anyone as great as her!
She has made my job performance so much better, as my son was the last thing I would ever have to worry about while duty calls.
