I am trained in CPR , First Aid and dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular updates. Being friendly and empathetic is important to me. I am fluent in English and Portuguese. I look forward to bringing comfort and support to your family. The only thing that I can not do at the moment is help with transportation, I do not have a car. I am able to get to the job and I am very reliable
