Hi there, I'm Katya (my full name is Yekaterina but I prefer Katya). I am a 34-year-old public health professional currently pivoting in my career to pursue a degree in nursing. I'm now in my fourth semester of my Master's in Nursing. I'm looking for part-time, weekend, or occasional babysitting jobs. I have over 10 years of experience working with babies and children including local nannying for infants and toddlers, being an Au Pair and nanny in Australia, teaching 1st and 2nd grade English abroad, and babysitting/nannying part-time throughout high school and college. I have 5 younger half-siblings, so I've been around kids since before I can remember! I'm a conscientious, kind, and calm caregiver. I just received my updated CPR certification from the American Red Cross in June 2025. Katya was our nearly full time nanny for a year, and is still my and my daughters FAVORITE babysitter now that we’re in preschool. She is the person you want on your team helping raise a great kid. She’s always got an outing planned- cal academy, the park or a coffee shop are some of her and my daughters go to activities. She’s got nap time and dinner time and bedtime routines down, she’s organized and a great communicator, and I love that she’s great for me to plan and coordinate with and great at playing and singing and being silly with my daughter too.
