About Yeshieka

Hi there, my first name is Yeshieka, but I prefer to go by my middle name, Shinnell. As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I currently hold a graduate degree in international education and spent my time after undergrad working and living in China and Mexico. I am equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children and families from diverse backgrounds I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly and comfortable communicating regularly with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I am also willing to help with light housekeeping and travel. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I speak a little Chinese, English, and intermediate French. My approach to childcare is centered around fostering children's independence, social skills all while creating a safe space emotionally and physically. -Shinnell
