About Yessica

I had the privilege of having Yessica care for my daughter from the time she was 7 years old until she was 11, and throughout those four years, she became someone I trusted completely. She was dependable, caring, patient, and genuinely invested in my daughter’s growth and well-being. My daughter is autistic, and Yessica had a remarkable ability to balance consistency with compassion. She helped maintain routines while gently encouraging my daughter to step outside her comfort zone and build confidence. She never pushed too hard or expected too much. Instead, she met my daughter where she was, offering encouragement, patience, and support that helped her continue growing in meaningful ways. On a day-to-day basis, Yessica handled school pickups, transportation to activities, homework help, and planned fun, engaging activities that my daughter looked forward to. She was always thinking of new ways to help her learn and experience new things. One example that stands out is how she introduced my daughter to soccer by playing with her alongside her own son and nephews. She created a welcoming, low-pressure environment that helped my daughter gain confidence interacting and playing with other children. Throughout the four years she worked with our family, Yessica was reliable, communicative, professional, and incredibly caring. I always had complete confidence that my daughter was safe, supported, and with someone who truly had her best interests at heart. The positive impact Yessica had on my daughter’s development and confidence is something I will always be grateful for. I recommend Yessica without hesitation to any family looking for a nanny who is dependable, kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping children thrive. Any family would be fortunate to have her caring for their children. One of the things I appreciated most was that I was completely comfortable having Yessica’s children around my daughter.
