About Yolanda

My skills with the elderly began within my own family with my grandparents/great grandparents. Caring for them was a very rewarding experience. My grandmother developed Alzheimer's disease and required a lot of attention and patience as her disease progressed. Helping to take care of her taught me a range of different techniques that I would be able to use in caring for elderly dementia/Alzheimer patients. I'd describe my personality as friendly, outgoing and compassionate I like caring for seniors because I have always cared for the elderly people in my family and they hold a special place in my heart. I'm looking for a job that I can work long term and that appreciates a hard, dedicated worker and pays well. I started caring for seniors when I was in my 30's. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that you can always count on me. My skills include patience, emotional support, and being observant.
