Hi, I'm Yolanda! I am a dependable, patient, and attentive caregiver with over 7 years of experience working with children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. I currently work in an after-school program, where I help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children. My responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, homework, activities, conflict resolution, and positive social development. Working with children every day has strengthened my ability to connect with different personalities, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent care and support. I am also a college student who values responsibility, communication, and creating positive experiences for the families I work with. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and reliable environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and cared for.
