. I'd describe my personality as Empathetic, caring, responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy working with kids because I love supporting their growth, teaching them, and creating a safe, positive environment where they feel happy and understood. I'm patient and I like building trust with them while helping them learn and feel confident. I'm looking for a job that lets me use my CNA and RBT skills to provide compassionate care and support. I started working with kids when I started working with kids in 2004 in a pediatric hospital in Cuba, caring for children with asthma and diabetes. In my spare time, I like to read and work out One thing you should know about me is that I am dependable, dedicated, and committed to creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both children and adults.
