We are very pleased with Yuliia, she is awesome. She consistently shows up on time, does a thorough job keeping the house clean, and our communication is excellent. She lets us know when she needs more supplies, or gives us ample advanced notice about any changes to her upcoming schedule and availability. What I find particularly impressive is her openness to feedback. She not only welcomes suggestions for improvement but also takes them seriously and implements changes accordingly. Her reliability and willingness to adapt make her an invaluable asset to our household. She is also great with animals! Highly recommend.
