About Yumei

Hi! My name is Yumei. I'm a college student looking to babysit while I am in college for some extra help while doing something I've always naturally enjoyed throughout my life. I grew up helping care for younger children, which gave me early hands-on experience with different ages and personalities. Later, I worked at a daycare where I assisted with daily routines, supervised playtime, helped with learning activities, and supported children through emotional moments when needed. That experience really strengthened my patience, awareness, and ability to stay calm and responsible in different situations. I don't have any formal certifications, but I am open to acquiring them if necessary. I take childcare seriously and I'm very attentive when it comes to safety, structure, and consistency. I genuinely enjoy being around kids and creating a warm, steady environment where they feel comfortable, understood, and cared for.
