I've worked as a Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, and Respite Care Provider, so I'm very comfortable supporting kids with a wide range of needs. I'm great at keeping kids engaged, helping with homework, managing routines, and making sure they feel safe and supported. I have experience with daily care like bathing, dressing, and grooming, administering medications, and communicating with parents to make sure everything runs smoothly.
