When I walk into your house, I will become the best babysitter I can for your child! I will care for them like they are my own. I use to work for this wonderful woman for about a year where I really enjoyed taking care of her children. I would watch over them, feed them, sometimes clean after them but I would also teach them to do many things on their own. She had two children with autism, that did helped me better myself by learning to work with children in need. I've worked at a Montessori for 6 years as a Lead Guide learning how to observe a child, care for their needs and implement it into their environment, help them become independent allowing them to test their freedom but with limits of course! Learning how to toilet train and letting the child become successful to their care of their own body! I can't put into words how much I've learned but I hope I can establish a loving, neutering environment and home for your child as well!
