About Yvonne
Experience: 15 yrs
I have over 15 years of babysitting experience. I am CPR and AED certified. I have experience working with people of all cultures, and people with disabilities. I began babysitting by watching the children in my neighborhood and I helped the younger children at Girl Scout events. I followed my love of kids to a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I am earning my M. A. in Communication, so you know I'll send good updates while I watch the kids! I love books, arts and crafts, puzzles and board games, and creative activities. I am happy to help kids with their homework, and I like to include kids in the tasks of the day like cooking and cleaning. And if you have the ingredients, I will teach them how to bake! While I enjoy this work and find it personally fulfilling, I take it very seriously. Please consider me for your babysitter next time you need a date night or to run errands!

Yvonne is our next-door neighbor and is always enthusiastic, patient, and other-centered when our two children are loitering about. She has offered to supervise and spend time with our kids when we are on a date or have needed a short break. She tries to engage our kids in a fun activity, being silly, yet establishing firm and respectful boundaries for their behavior. Evee is full of sincere joy & love for others! We are thankful for her exuberance!
