Yvonne was super nice and a pleasure to speak to. However, she didn't follow through with agreed upon procedures she advise of. She stated she gives a list of areas cleaned, essentially what she accomplished during the service. Each service was meet with her advising us of how much more dander and dust had accumulated since and that it may lead to addition cost. After a couple of attempts to identify areas we could assist with, she would not tell us.
