Hi! I'm a caring and dedicated Direct Support Professional with years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment where every child feels valued and included. I've been featured in a magazine for my work and training programs for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on community integration. I'm honored to have been nominated for and awarded the All-Star DSP Award by the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities. I currently work as a Lead DSP at a mental health respite care facility serving children ages 5 and up, where I provide support, guidance, and individualized care. I'm dependable, patient, compassionate, and committed to treating every child with respect and kindness.
