I love having a career that has gifted me the opportunity to support parents! The support and care of parents and children is key to uplifting our communities. That is why I am a passionate Nanny who is training to become a postpartum doula and studying to become an early childhood educator. I understand how valuable art and music can be for early childhood development. As a caregiver for children I love using art and music as a means of offering children opportunities to grow their young minds and encourage their creativity, curiosity, and excitement for lifelong learning. Mental health can impact a child's quality of life. Mindfulness activities like, breathing exercises, intentional play, and meditation are valuable techniques that I implement to maintain healthy and happy children.
