About Zufan

I became a Home Health Aide (HHA) in 2007 working first for an agency and then privately for families. In 2009 I started working privately for an elderly couple living in Northwest Washington, DC. His primary diagnosis was Dementia; hers was Alzheimer's. He died in November of 2015. She died in November of 2018. They both received at-home hospice services under my care and direction. After almost 10 years of caring for them I took care of two disabled gentlemen: one suffering through the terminal stages of MS; the other successfully recovering from a stroke. From 2019-2021 I have helped a partially paralyzed lady with dressing, grooming, preparing meals and taking medicine. Now that my work with her is ending in June I would like to continue providing my services that can include limited light housekeeping for an elderly, disabled and/or special needs person in the metropolitan area. I have been fully vaccinated. References upon request.
