Languages spoken: English (Fluent) Spanish (Advanced) Im a former pre-school teacher, naturopathic medical student, cook, and more. As a pre-school teacher I helped students emotionally regulate, build lesson plans, maintain schedules for healthy habits, create activities that are interactive and aide in establishing motor function and creativity for children. I'm a former naturopathic med student where I was taught skills in building a healthy therapeutic relationship with clients. This included skills in motivational interviewing and rolling with resistance which is needed in the developmental years of children especially during challenging emotional states. I also took Whole Foods cooking course in med school and was a part time cook. I enjoy being creative in the kitchen and would love to incorporate this into your home. Administrative work and organization is also part of my professional frame work. I hope to bring all my skills and help you nurture your family and home!
