Zu has cared for our son since he was a few months old until an active 2 year old. She is the kind of nanny you never have to worry about: dependable, calm, and trustworthy with the most precious little ones. She plans his days with intention: books, outdoor time, art, water play and knows the events around Menlo Park well. We wanted to raise our son bilingual and he Spanish has been a big part of that development. Zu respects our request and consistently switches to Spanish when communicating with him. We're only parting ways because our son starts preschool. Any family would be lucky to have her, and happy to be a reference directly.
