We had a confirmed arrangement with Zuly for child care on a specific time / date. While she was initially professional and responsive, on the day she was supposed to come, she didn’t show up and stopped responding. This was very disappointing and left us in a difficult situation. Reliability is crucial, and unfortunately, we can’t recommend her!
