Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique. Our program follows a progressive curriculum to ensure every athlete develops the core skills needed to excel in gymnastics. In Flippin’ Out, athletes will work on: Building strength & flexibility for advanced gymnastics skills Mastering essential body positions and proper form: Tumbl Trak: Jumps, combos, tumbling, and landing techniques Vault: Running drills, springboard jumps, and vault body positions Floor: Back/front walkovers, leaps, and more Bars: Grip strength, pullovers, front supports, glides, casts, and back hip circles Beam: Routines, cartwheels, rolls, handstands, turns, and dismounts Ropes & Rings: Climbing, tuck/L-holds, grip strength, and more!
