About Abigail

I have been working with and caring for children for 14 years. I gained experience nannying kids of all ages before becoming a full time teacher. I care deeply for the kids I work with and am passionate about helping students who are struggling. I help kids become focused and disciplined, but I am also a huge advocate for brain breaks, so I love playing games with kids that challenge their thinking skills while fostering their creativity. I also have experience teaching students with learning disabilities. I received my training as a music educator from Baylor University and I have over a decade of teaching experience. I have tutored and home-schooled, and taught in school classrooms. My tutoring rates are $30 per hour.
