I am an RBT with classroom and in hone experience working students with developmental disablities. I have been in the field for 5 years now. My earliest experiences in childcare go as far back as my two youngest siblings, now 13 and 11, then many friend and family single night experiences following. By High School I volunteered for a program for 3 years, that helps disadvantaged children learn how to care and ride horses. In the summer of my senior year, I worked at an over night summer camp, living and caring for anywhere of 5 to 14 girls. I started working in schools just before the pandemic in 2019.
