About Alani

I have 10 plus years experience as a babysitter, during which I was also working as an after school and summer counselor for the Dorchester YMCA, for children starting from infant age up to the 6th grade. I helped raise my brother while home from college, and children of my mothers friends when ever school is on break for them. I also tutor in any subject. I am very loving, patient, responsible, and outgoing person that loves being a good influence on children. I do what I do because everyday is teaches you something new and I feel like it's amazing being part of a child learning and growing process. The past three years I have worked for a charter school, ranging from 5th grade to 12th grade. As well for the past 5 years I have worked on an off for a family of 4. The eldest being 12 and on the spectrum and their youngest being 4 years old. I ready to transition back into full time babysitting as I feel as though it allows me the most ability to be helpful and give back.
