About Alexandra

Hi! My name is Alexandra & I am based in Whittier, CA. My passion for childcare started 10+yrs ago while watching & helping my mom with her babysitting & early childhood learning jobs. I have worked, professionally, in childcare since Spring 2021. My first family started with one child. I've since helped them welcome 2 children. Fall 2023, I also began providing care for a family that welcomed their first child. I find joy in caring for young children. It's rewarding doing my part to ensure they're well tended to, nurtured, & shown appropriate affection as we bond. I've learned to balance respecting my client's, & their children's wants & needs. I can follow schedules & daily routines, prep bottles, cook to preference, & keep up with light cleaning. I like to incorporate coloring, stretching, singing, & other developmental practices into my care. I strive for a healthy bond with the family to build trust, respect & confidence in my abilities.
