I have over seven years of experience in early childhood education and caring for children with autism and behavioral disorders. My responsibilities have included assisting with daily routines, providing behavioral support, and accompanying children to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and extracurricular activities such as swimming lessons. I've worked with children ranging from 3 months to 17 years old, adapting my approach to meet each child's developmental and emotional needs. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in care coordination, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed communication. I take pride in creating safe, consistent, and supportive environments that promote positive behavioral outcomes and empower children to thrive.
