About Anabel

Hi! My name is Anabel. I have 4+ years of childcare experience caring for children ages 1-11, including previous experience as a full-time infant and Pre-K teacher at a private school. My background in both classroom settings and one-on-one care has helped me develop strong skills in patience, communication, conflict resolution, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and independence. I earned my Associate's degree in Psychology from Triton College and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University. I am CPR trained and have completed multiple DCFS and child development courses. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, crafts, and maintaining household routines. Above all, I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment while building strong communication and trust with families.
