About Betsy

Hi! I'm Betsy, a recent Wake Forest University graduate with a degree in Psychology and minors in Education and Counseling. I've been working with children for nearly a decade through nannying, babysitting, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, and childcare roles, and I genuinely love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I have experience with children ranging from infants to middle schoolers and enjoy engaging them through crafts, games, outdoor adventures, sports, baking, and imaginative play. My background in psychology and child development, along with my CPR certification, helps me provide safe, attentive, and supportive care. I am currently a Post-Baccalaureate Clinical Fellow with Mass General Brigham and McLean Hospital, working in a child mental health program. Families describe me as dependable, energetic, and easy to communicate with. I prioritize creating a safe, positive environment for children while providing reliable support and open communication for parents.
