About Becky

I have a master's degree and specialist degree in early childhood education. I have 15 years experience teaching and tutoring. I have experience in a public school, private school, Christian schools, and preschools. I taught one college course as an adjunct faculty member at Brenau University. This course was about literacy assessment involving teaching college seniors how to use assessment strategies when they become teachers of elementary age children. I am especially well qualified to teach language arts subjects such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I have great skills teaching young children to read using phonics, sight word recognition and quality literature. I have taught English as a Second Language to students in a church setting. I have tutored students at Huntington Learning Center, Sylvan Learning Center, and God Chosen Development Center. My minimum hourly rate is $20.
