Hi families! I'm an energetic, devoted, and adaptable caregiver with 8+ years of professional experience in education. I began as a paraprofessional supporting diverse learners, building strong skills in individualized care and meeting children where they are. I later worked as a Montessori assistant, completed my Montessori training, and became a Lead Teacher in a primary classroom. I respect each child's autonomy, follow their lead, and nurture independence with warmth and intention. I love fostering creativity, curiosity, and connection to nature while creating a calm, joyful environment.
