About Carissa

Hi! I am a mother of 4, with my last little guy about to go to kindergarten next year. Before my kids were born I was a nanny for 3 years, and I continued to nanny/babysit until my second child was born. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old, and I have always loved taking care of kids! I am also the oldest of 9, so I grew up caring for my younger siblings until I left for college! I love to have fun with kids, get them moving outside, help them with learning activities, read stories, play games and more. I have experience with taking care of babies and newborns, including my own 4 babies! I am a friendly, honest, loyal, hard-working and caring person. I teach my own children that being kind and loving to others is one of the most important things we can do, and I try to model that with my own actions. I am looking for a part-time position a couple days a week while my kids are in school. My hours are flexible.
