About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline! I have a background in both childcare and health services. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at UIC. My professional background also includes experience as an EMT, which taught me to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies. I am CPR certified and have a Youth Mental Health First Aid certification. I also have several years of experience working with children of all ages, including my most recent role with FamilyStrong, where I supported youth and families through advocacy and connecting youth to resources such as therapy, mentorship, and tutoring. Before that, I served as an AmeriCorps member and team lead in schools, where I worked closely with students to support their academic and social growth. I am from Chicago so I am familiar and comfortable with the Chicago area. I would be honored to get to know your family and be a positive part of your child's life!
