About Catherine

Hi! I'm Catherine, and I'm brand new to Care. com, but have worked with kids of all ages since I was 16 as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, and mentor. I'm young and energetic, compassionate and understanding, and always trying to create fun and stimulating activities for kids. As the oldest of 8 siblings and cousins, I've naturally been a caretaker. I began professional babysitting jobs in middle and highschool, eventually nannying regularly for several families by the time I was a senior. I also volunteered at a nonprofit for kids from low income families, where I worked as a tutor. Throughout college, I've had experience nannying, working as an assistant preschool teacher for a semester, and as a mentor for ESL kids in my community through my school's After School Program. I'm registered in First Aid and CPR. I look forward to hopefully working with you and your family! :)
