About Christy

Hello, I know that this part is scary. Trying to find a safe person to place your loved ones care in is always a hard decision. Let me tell you a little about me. I love my family with all my heart and this is why I'm in home health. My mother was diagnosed 13 years ago with lung cancer. I moved back home to take care of her. It was so hard seeing my vibrant mother wither away to this tiny fragile person before me. I was so thankful for the respite I received from her hospice nurses. When my mother passed I decided right then and there that I wanted to be in home health. I truly love taking care of all the people I've met. I treat each one as if they're part of my family. Wanting to provide better care I also took extra schooling to specialize in dementia care as well. Live in care is also something I truly enjoy. I know this is my calling in life.
