About Cynthia

Hi! My name is Cynthia, and I have 3-4 years of childcare experience. I started as a VPK Assistant Teacher and worked my way to Lead Teacher . I'm passionate about creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel confident. I have babysitting experience outside of the classroom, including after-work care, evening supervision, and overnight stays for multiple days. I am patient, dependable, and truly love working with children. I like working with kids because, especially at my age (22), I've always had a strong mindset and passion for caring for children. It truly makes me happy to build real connections with them and to be someone they can trust, learn from, and feel comfortable with. I'm looking for a job where I can build a trusting relationship with a family and provide a safe, loving, and consistent environment for their children . In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dogs and fixing up my fish tanks and my tortoise :)
