Hello, I am Darcy, I have so much joy and love in caring for children. I have a special passion and joy when working with children with Identified needs. I have worked as a babysitter, private nanny, direct care staff at a child care facility and I am currently the Lead caregiver in a child care facility. I have been working with kids for over 15 years. I am all about play based learning and allowing children to guide their learning. I have taken a variety of college courses around child development and I am working on completing my associates in Early Childhood Education.
